Ayden Bishoff a name to watch for this season

A name a lot of people in the southern part of the state probably don't know to well is Preston Co high school linebacker Ayden Bishoff. Ayden is a key piece to the success at Preston. During his junior campaign Ayden racked up some pretty solid numbers with 105 tackles and 3 sacks for the knights. Was also honorable mention for the all state team as a junior.

I was able to talk to Ayden some during this difficult time, and get an idea on what he has been doing to stay in football shape. " I actually like it because I have more time on my hands and I am taking advantage of it. Monday thru Friday I work out twice a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. I have been able to to set a new personal record on bench which is 225 pounds 23 times." Not a lot of kids would have the motivation to better themselves on their own let a lone work out two times a day Monday through Friday. When asked about his biggest improvement Ayden responded," size, I have put on about 20 pounds since the season has ended, and I feel bigger, faster, and stronger.

Ayden will be a key factor this season for the knights on the defensive side of the ball. His goals going into his senior season are," to lead my team to their first ever home playoff game and average 15 tackles a game.

Ayden is a very tough linebacker in the state and will be a name to watch out for during the 2020-2021 football season whenever that will be.
